Oslo Architecture Trienniale 2022 - Oslo in the Making exhibition

The exhibition Oslo in the Making takes place in the historic lecture hall at the former Edvard Munch Museum. The show makes an account of the recent urban development in Oslo. In particular, large urban projects such as the competition on the last part of Oslo's "Fjord City" transformation and the plans for developing Lilleakerbyen are displayed next to Tøyen Housing Federation's recommendation for a more social and just housing policy.

The "Verket" project designed by A-lab and OOZE for one plot of Grønlikaia new neighborhood of Oslo harbour will be presented along with the entries of the 16 teams other selected team from a total of 118 that entered the earlier phases of the international call.

"Verket" project combines a mix of office buildings with activated ground floor integrating amenities and cultural hub for the local community and an experimental landscape focusing on water remediation in fjord context, inclusivity and collective experience by using traces and structures of the pasts to produce the future.
The team of specialists is composed of Bollinger Grohmann, Natural State, Resirquel, Its Tomorrow, Sweco, Simon Kline, Siri Østvold, Roar Svenning, Henrik Taubøll.
