As part of the Rotterdam Architecture Month, Eva Pfannes participated in a panel discussion n 25 June at 13:00 CET at the event “The Matroesjka Effect” with AIR. The event, on the subject of Connecting scales of Climate action, is an attempt to clarify how spatial planning and design can play a vital role in connecting climate action between different scale levels.
